First-Time Client Session
To get you started on the right foot, we require all new clients to complete a 30-minute Intro and Assessment session. During this session, we'll assess your fitness level, discuss your goals, and create a personalized plan that sets you up for success. This session ensures that we tailor your workouts to your specific needs from day one.
30-Minute Sessions
These quick, focused sessions are perfect for clients who already have an established warm-up and cool-down routine they can complete on their own. We move fast to fit your schedule and busy life, providing a highly efficient workout.
60-Minute Sessions
These sessions include a warm-up, personalized workout, and cool-down. They’re ideal for beginners who need guidance on form and workout building, as well as advanced clients aiming for more complex lifts and heavier strength training. We also recommend 60-minute sessions for clients recovering from injuries or surgeries, as they provide the extra time needed for a safe, effective workout.
