ABOUT ME

Allow me to (re)introduce myself…

My name is Megan Rhodes and I’m a NASAM certified personal trainer and Behavior Change Specialist. I am also a professional dancer, teacher and choreographer (She’s artsy!) based in Chicago. I absolutely love all things movement. My training focuses on form, function, and freedom AKA how you’re working out, why you’re working out, and the way you FEEL about working out. I want to give you the tools to feel confident in your strength training and improve your relationship to fitness.

I started off training at a gym in 2018, but once 2020 hit I moved over to virtual training that focuses on strength training for beginners and cross training for dancers. If you are looking for professional guidance to create life long habits and safe/effective workouts then I’m your gal.
